Due to the nature of our business, all sales are considered final. As our products and services are digital and delivered instantly, we do not offer refunds or cancellations under normal circumstances.

Refunds are not permitted under the following conditions:

3. Exceptions to No Refund Policy

A refund may be considered only under the following exceptional circumstances:

  • Duplicate Payments: If a customer is charged twice for the same purchase due to a technical error, we will issue a refund for the duplicate transaction.
  • Defective or Corrupt Files: If the digital product delivered is corrupted, inaccessible, or incomplete, and we are unable to provide a functional replacement.
  • Unauthorized Transactions: If a purchase was made fraudulently, and the customer provides verifiable proof of unauthorized use of their payment method.

Refund requests for these exceptions must be submitted within 7 days of purchase and require valid proof.


4. Cancellation Policy

Since our digital products and services are delivered instantly upon payment, order cancellations are not possible once a transaction is completed.

For subscription-based services, cancellations will be effective at the end of the current billing cycle, and no partial refunds will be issued for unused portions of the subscription period.


5. Chargebacks and Disputes

Customers who initiate chargebacks or payment disputes without first contacting our support team may be permanently restricted from future purchases. We reserve the right to provide relevant transaction records and communication logs to dispute chargeback claims.


6. How to Request a Refund (For Eligible Cases Only)

If you believe you are eligible for a refund under the exceptions stated above, you must:
