We are looking for a consultant trainer expert in BIM (Building Information Modeling) for 3 months of training
TERMS OF REFERENCE OF AN EXPERT BIM CONSULTANT
1. TRAINING TITLE: BUILDING INFORMATION MODELING (BIM) EXPERT
2. DESCRIPTION: COMPLETE BIM (BUILDING INFORMATION MODELING) TRAINING
3. OBJECTIVE: Train all design teams in BIM methodology in order to make them autonomous in carrying out BIM projects from A to Z.
4. CONSULTANT PROFILE: The consultant must have at least 5 years of significant experience in BIM training, have BIM achievements, and excellent command of Revit, Navisworks, ArchiCAD, Tekla, etc. software. As well as in-depth knowledge of BIM standards.
5. MISSION: The consultant will be responsible for designing and delivering comprehensive training on BIM methodology, covering theoretical and practical aspects. He will also have to put in place a participant certification plan.
6. DELIVERABLES: The consultant must submit a detailed training program, course materials, practical exercises and a final report evaluating the participants’ achievements.
7. TRAINING TERMS: – The duration of the training will be 3 months. – The training format will be face-to-face.
8. EXPERIENCE IN TEACHING: The consultant must be comfortable transmitting knowledge and able to adapt his speech to different audiences.
9. EXPECTED CVS AND OFFERS The consultant who completes the profile is asked to send his CV specifying the interventions already carried out in the field. And to send its technical offer and its financial offer.
10. Subscription deadline The subscription deadline is February 18, 2025.
