To complement the team in our New York office we are seeking for immediate employment a Design Technologies BIM Manager (100%)
Your profile:
- Diploma or Master’s degree in architecture (university of applied sciences or university)
- A minimum of five years’ experience in architectural practice and three years’ experience with BIM projects from design to construction documentation
- Expert knowledge in Autodesk Revit; proficiency in coding is a plus (Revit API, Dynamo) and Computational Design (Rhino, Grasshopper) is highly advantageous
- Experience with project coordination platforms like Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) or Revizto is a plus
- Strong supervisory, communication, and organizational skills
- Experience and ability of managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Fluency in English required
We are looking for a BIM Manager to join our Design Technologies (DT) team and help expand its presence in the US. In this role, you will support US-based architectural teams by ensuring the seamless integration of BIM processes across projects, while collaborating closely with global DT team members, particularly in Basel and Germany. Together, you will drive the adoption of consistent standards, best practices, and workflows across the organization.
As a key figure in the DT team, you will be responsible for advancing digital innovation in the US, aligning local efforts with global DT initiatives. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to optimize BIM delivery and ensure that US projects are in step with broader DT BIM strategies.
A vital part of your role is to facilitate continuous learning and development within the team. You will lead training on BIM tools, computational design, and emerging technologies, helping to bridge skill gaps and keep the team stay current with the cutting edge of digital design. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to influence and drive digital transformation across the organization by exploring and implementing new tools and methodologies.
