Project/Senior Architect

Caplan Colaku Architecture is an award winning architecture firm based in Manhattan. We specialize in art galleries and art museums, high-end residential projects, as well as landscape projects.

We are seeking highly skilled candidates with 3-10 years of experience to join our studio.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 3-10 years of work experience
  • Experience working on galleries, museums, and high-end residential homes in all phases of design/construction from Schematic Design through Construction Administration
  • Collaborate with clients, engineers, contractors to ensure that project goals and objectives are met
  • Develop and lead the design process for complex building projects, including conceptual design, design development, and construction documents
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Rhino and Adobe Suite
  • Licensed architects preferred
