Interior Designer
We are currently seeking an ambitious and intelligent designer who shares this passion for making to help lead our highly-customized residential projects. Working collaboratively with our team of designers, as well as trusted fabricators and contractors, this individual will be responsible for developing schematic design ideas, producing drawings/renderings for presentation, specifying materials and products, and helping guide our discerning clientele through our very custom design process.
Qualifications
- 2-3 years professional experience working on high-end residential projects in New York City
- Specific experience with high-end residential apartments and townhouses in NYC is required, as well as experience working with outside vendors.
- AutoCad, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketchup (with rendering plug-ins), Microsoft Office, Rhino are all required skills. .
- Love of sketching by hand
- Some experience in making, assembling, crafting, creating on a personal level is highly desired.
- Experience with specfication software is desired. A detailed and organized thought process is critical.
